Mixed-use project on 19-acre wooded site with rolling hills. 12 different product types are being created including single family, townhomes, coach homes, tree houses, courtyard homes & flats. In addition, a mid-rise apartment building with retail at base & freestanding restaurant. Plus, multiple amenity features, two unique plaza experiences, dog park, kids play area & community gardens.
