Our story.

We've been at this for a while. The company's founder, John McLinden, started the foundation of Digibilt in 1993 & has always believed there is a better way to design & build everything from multi-million-dollar commercial buildings to peoples' homes.

The journey has been exhilarating with huge challenges along the way, including surviving three major storms: 1) dot com bubble burst (whe we were a tech startup), 2) housing crisis (when we were a home builder), & 3) Covid (when Digibilt was a startup). Our ever-evolving team has never given up on producing great design & deploying technology to bring positive change to the housing industry.

Our team.

Good to Great is a world-renowned business book & one of our favorites. It proclaims the first thing you need to do to transform your company's performance is to get the right people on the bus. That said, we've got some great people on our bus.

Careers.

If you're a super talented person with a kick-ass set of skills, Digibilt might be a great place for you.

If you explore our website, you will see we are a different kind of company. We offer our digital product design solution to builders on a first-of-its-kind, E-Commerce platform. We also believe our solution has the potential to disrupt the trillion-dollar home building industry stuck in its staus quo approach.

A tech startup culture can also be attractive to a certain type of person. Someone who loves huge challenges, likes working hard & appreciates getting compensated extremely well for their efforts. As expected in tech, the comp package also includes stock options, so our talented people can benefit from the upside of creating significant value in the company.

Here's who we are looking for.
